I was born and raised in central Utah along with my 3 older brothers and 3 older sisters. From a young age I learned to love and appreciate photography. I grew up watching my grandfather, a professional photographer, working in his dark room developing film and creating masterpieces. Before I was a teen I worked alongside my sister, who is also a professional wedding photographer, as her assistant. I assisted up until I married my sweetheart at age 18 and went on to have 5 of my own kids. After having my own kids and documenting their learning and growth I re-discovered my love for photography. After getting more education and training I now have my own in-home studio and specialize in newborn and young family photography.
